PUB CRAWL STA TERMS & CONDITIONS TO ENJOY PUB CRAWL STA NIGHTLIFE THERE ARE SOME RULES TO FOLLOW.

By participating in pub crawls organized and hosted by Pub Crawl STA, you agree to the following terms and conditions without restriction:

1. Please note that any photos taken during our organized activities might be posted on social media (for example Facebook/Instagram) and our website. In case you have booked a private tour and you do not want your photos to be posted, please let us know in advance. If no such request has been received, we keep our rights to post photos for advertising purposes and we consider these Terms and conditions as your approval.

2. All participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the event. Pub Crawl STA will do its best to ensure that participants safely attend a variety of localities and venues within Downtown St. Augustine and St. Augustine Beaches. However, Pub Crawl STA events cannot mitigate every eventuality and as such, Pub Crawl STA events involve an element of possible risk. All participants acknowledge these risks and attend events of their own accord and solely at their own risk.

3. Pub Crawl STA events include opportunities for participants to consume alcohol at their own discretion. Pub Crawl STA urges all participants to drink responsibly and cannot accept any responsibility or liability if participants drink excessively, resulting in damages, ill health, injury or death.

4. All participants should be aware of their own physical or mental limitations before attending the event. People with medical conditions or who are pregnant are strongly advised NOT to participate in Pub Crawl STA events and must inform Pub Crawl STA of the full nature of their condition before participating.

5. All Pub Crawl STA participants must be 21 years or older. Only official identification will be accepted as proof of age - passports or national ID cards. Unacceptable identification includes photocopies, student cards and other non-government issued identification.

6. Pub Crawl reserves the right to cancel a crawl at our discretion and for any reason. In the event of a cancellation, Pub Crawl STA will try to contact distributors and clients as quickly as possible.

7. Pub Crawl STA reserves the right to change or modify crawls without notice, including changing or altering venues and routes. In the event of a change, Pub Crawl STA will do their best to substitute comparable venues but accepts no liability for changes.

8. Pub Crawl STA accepts no liability for participant’s behavior and reserves the right to refuse entry or remove from events anyone who is drunk, disorderly, aggressive, abusive. In the event of refusal or removal, Pub Crawl STA will not refund ticket prices or cover any additional costs incurred by participants as a result.

9. The participant agrees to indemnify Pub Crawl STA (it’s employees, directors, suppliers, agents, distributors, representatives, etc) against any third party claims as a result of the participant’s behavior and actions. Any damages or loss caused by a participant is solely the participant’s responsibility.

10. All venues (including bars, restaurants, and clubs), attended by Pub Crawl STA reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants from venues for any reason including drunk, disorderly, aggressive, or abusive behavior. Pub Crawl STA accepts no liability in the event of refusal or removal and will not refund ticket prices in such an event.
